Why is it very difficult to buy a long length t shirt

I just want a long length T-shirt. Being 5ft 8 and overweight. So many T-shirts are short in length, fitted. Not brilliant if want to cover up.

@hostleg - Ulla Popken’s t-shirts are longer than normal ones (even the plus sized ones) and are good quality too.

Rock Those Curves seem to have longer t-shirts too, @hostleg.

Rapanui relaxed fit are longish

I love H&M t shirt dresses. If you’re tall, these might work.

Matalan, they’re amazing. I’m 5ft 10 and struggle with T-shirt length. I got their longline ones when pregnant and just dropped a size after. So comfy, well proportioned, the material quality is excellent and they wash so well

Men's tshirts all the way honestly I'm only 5ft 4" i see pictures of myself in ladies tshirts years ago and they covered me these days I have to buy mens tshirts for the same look

I have some men’s t-shirts but would be nice to have some more girly colours, images in my collection. Plus I prefer colours with boldness

It just needs the manufacturers to increase the length by 3-4cm. It would not look silly on short ladies but just that bit longer to prevent riding up t-shirts.

i don’t have the biggest budget.

Another thing - some T-shirts are tight on the sleeve. They don’t think about muscular ladies

Look for oversized or baggy T-shirts. H&M do good cotton ones.

I recently bought some of the Next cap sleeve T shirts which have a curved hem and they are too long for what I want to wear them with so I’ve had to turn them up at the bottom! When I’ve wanted longer T shirts to wear with leggings I’ve bought some of the Long Tall Sally ones, although I’ll admit they aren’t brilliant quality.

I was at the big Primark in York on Saturday and couldn't find anything that wasn't either a crop top or a short, boxy t-shirt. I'd gone in there specifically to find some long t-shirts for the gym, but came out empty handed.

I hate primark now I wonder if im "too old" because it is fast fashion or something.

these from Next are nice and long and come in lots of colours

I ordered the 5 pack with the palm print on one of them. Bought one single today - a pretty apple green.

Don’t do plain white (look ill) but be fine under a hoodie
