Andrew Tate - who the heck is this loonatic?

I had heard of him before and knew that he was a famous misogynist, but I watched an interview with him. My gosh he is a madman.

He thinks that the female orgasm is a liberal lie.

He believes that men who have sex with women for pleasure rather solely to procreate, are gay.

He says that all women are simply sex workers, apart from ugly women, because they have to get jobs.

He believes that all the problems in the world are a result of women having the vote.

He says that men who play with their children are gay.

What can have gone so badly wrong in this man’s life that his mind is so warped and twisted?

His view doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Does he only know women who are maybe not that academic Onlyfans types? Has he not met any of the other 99.999% women who are doing all sorts of jobs that keep the world turning?

I know plenty about him through media reports. I don't need to line his pockets to know how vile he is. That's a terrible excuse, you are part of the problem if you have clicked on the bile he produces.

Never seen/heard him speak. I can see why people do though, so they’re adequately informed.

I just googled him to see what is was about. I then tried to watch a couple of interviews- one was the Piers Morgan one I think and the other may have been Diary of a CEO, can't remember. I'm just explaining what my reaction was to him and expressing how unpleasant it was watching him. I suppose the point being - this is the kind of unpleasantness that young people's ears are being exposed to, I think it would have a big impact on an impressionable developing brain.

Thing is, if you don't see or hear it directly, even once, you lay yourself open to the accusation that third parties have misinformed you. Bit like the JK Rowling situation. If you can say to a bolshy teen boy that actually yes, you've listened to two minutes of his bile, and you disagree with it directly, because two minutes of his whining is all it takes believe me, you have a small chance of a slightly more constructive conversation. It's like trying to undo brainwashing mind....

I watched a lot of his content as a sort of know thine enemy project.
I have a deduced a lot from it. I cant even explain, it would take too many pages.
Essentially, his main objective is to say stuff that gets people riled up or want to defend him and click on his content, watch his videos and make him more money.
He spouts mostly, either general life advixe thats obvious to anyonr not an idiot such as, be kind to your mum, hes obsessed with that
Or totally out there mysogyny that conflixts with his other nessages that he loves women.
Or just batshit stuff.
Just conclude the man will say anything for clicks and cash.

My ds is 11, and I have spoken to him about this twat. Ive explained that AT is a massive, misguided twat and if DS were to come across any of his stuff that he not watch and speak to me.

He's an incel. Physically, he's spectacularly unattractive - a weak receding chin (which he tries to conceal with a beard), long face, prematurely bald, slack mouth, mad eyes. It's hard to imagine him attracting any woman, so I suppose he has to rely on money to do it, and the resentment and aggression toward women would just follow from that.

Lol, well I didnt know, I did a mini project for myself to find out about him as I have sons, a bit too young to watch him but I was concerned. I watched a ton of his stuff over a couple of weeks and that was it.

I believe that Andrew Tate and his ilk should be viewed as terrorists. They radicalise boys and young men and deliberately stir up hatred of and encourage violence against women. When we write them off as random nutters on the internet with no power or influence we significantly underestimate the baleful toxic effect they are having on an entire generation of young men and their attitudes towards women. Tate and his ilk are very frightening and I wish governments were better at recognising that this sort of misogynistic incitement is as much a pernicious form of terrorism as the other more well known sources.

I make a point of not going on his site ,or Bonnie Blue or anyone else like this .They are just wanting clicks to add to their "fame" .He is a disgusting misogynist .Most young men I know also think the same as me .They are polite and caring young men who are respectful of women

I only saw him on the news him and his brother were arrested, I had no real idea who he was until I read a bit about him,

I think if you have teenagers/ young adults especially boys in your life you really need to keep up to date with what he is saying.
