I usually try Amazon first but also use Bricklinks - there are loads on line just search with set number and Lego lighting kit
They are very fiddly though!
DP really enjoys doing them so I leave it to him

Has anybody built the new Black Pearl? Ds bought it on Friday. We got the new Halloween minifigures too

Not me, but I'm hoping to get the Halloween minifigures - this weekend is looking unlikely, but maybe during the week. I have to brace myself for the tourist guts of London!

@TheWayTheLightFallswe had to ask for the pieces for them that weren’t out and they were happy to go and get them so if they were t out, just ask. The witch girl was legkess; the ghost lady skirt and shameless; and the mummy catless until we asked.

Thank you! I may have a nose on the website and see if I can get them that way - busy London, probably with a child or three in tow, is not my idea of fun.

Bugger, the ghost gwp is now available today-we should have waited but ds needed a cheer op visit to he Lego store.

Popped into our nearest Lego shop today and got the giant Santa mini figure. It was chaos with lots of small people gazing at the Death Star

Ow I've found my people, this was my last one my daughter got it for me for mothers day.

I'd really like some more of these.

I made the front cover of Primal Scream’s Screamadelica out of my kid’s Lego. Did it on a complete whim and just by eye. Was really quite pleased with the result.

Just finished one of the Chinese celebration sets - it’s lovely
Started maple bonsai tonight
For Xmas we have home alone house and a wreath to complete
I want the Halloween wreath too!
Lots of other sets waiting to build including the jazz club which I’m really looking forward too

Previously, the family have built some of the big ones: LEGO Hogwarts Castle, the Star Wars Death Star, Imperial Star Destroyer, Millennium Falcon, and NINJAGO City ~ some of them with lights.
Way back when, we’d skip a half-term holiday and instead take over the dining table for a week, working on a giant LEGO set as a family. Great memories! Then, sadly ... the kids grew up and selfishly moved on … So I had to find a new hobby.
Harry Potter’s mechanical Hedwig is also a fun smaller build if you're after something quicker!

I've got the Halloween wreath too. Love the colours.

The Christmas train arrived today along with the power pack and the ghost GWP. The motor is on back order and should be here early October.
There’s rumours of double Insiders points on the 14th, so next Tuesday.

Morning all. It’s double insiders points starting today until the 20th with a Northern Lights GWP. It’s not fantastic but I quite like it and would add some extras to it.

Thanks @LegoTherapy for the heads up! I'm not sure anything takes my fancy at the mo, may hold out but I'm a sucker for GWPs.

There’s an insiders weekend coming up and another event or two in November with another GWP. I’d like to get the Orient Express.

Also finished tge maple bonsai tree - it looks pretty but was a boring build compared to the original bonsai - and has rather put me off ordering the set of 3 small ones

do love the vibrancy of the colours but at £400 it’s such a lot of money .
