I recently had my nails done and I’m in actual love with them. Can you be so in love with your own nails that you want to just stare at them forever and ever? So show me your nails now or your best nails! I told my nail tech to go ‘retro’ and that she did!!

Really happy with a fresh plain pink. I have a couple of big meetings with heads of dept in work next week so a sensible set was in order.

Pink and orange modern french tips. However, I'm not keen on this long thin French tip style, prefer the more traditional look.

Without wanting to derail as these are all fab looking, I had a bad experience with my last set of gels and wondered if people had some advice? They’ve most started lifting at the bottom and it’s travelling up the nail. I’ve cut them as short as possible but the separation is still travelling. I’m oiling regularly and won’t do a manicure for a few months but any advice on how to encourage the healthy growth? It’s not my salons fault, it’s mine for the fact I’ve removed them badly myself. Thanks

Having a break at the moment but this was my last set.

I had gels once, really buggered up my nails, they were splitting vertically despite having them properly removed. 6 months on they are finally starting to recover, I've been using OPI nail envy and taking biotin and bovine collagen supplements

I don’t know if it’s the way you photograph them, but your little finger nail always looks like it’s on a bit sideways.

It must be how I photo them 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm a bit boring and like my nails all one colour but I do prefer a bright colour. My next set will be bright pink or coral for going on holiday.

Does anyone have any thoughts on Mavala Scientifique K+ nail strengthener? Or any that they think are better?

I’m growing my nails and want natural strength. Gel or BIAB that completely ruins them so I’m sticking with old school polish and natural strength. (Plus collagen and biotin supplements).

Currently doing my own neon French tips with a silicone stamper thing and paint-on latex.

I love these. I’ve been having more subtle designs recently but fancied something bright this time 🙂

Slightly less boring this month.

Decided on grown up and elegant nails this month. Nude pearlescent. I really love the clean simplicity, I'm considering keeping these for most of the year now. Maybe switch it up for holidays and Xmas.
