To hate school holidays

I know IABU and should be treasuring this time to make memories but I’m fed up and it’s only Tuesday!

It's hard. Perversely I found non school age children harder in he holidays, I think all the toddler groups are off and everywhere is full of big kids. One thing that helped me is to do something for yourself. It's not going to be big. It might not be perfect, but you can do it. Stop at your favourite cafe for a takeaway on the way to the park. Meet up with a friend with the kids, if there are any free attractions you'd like go there and if you only stay 10 mins that's something.
