BMI 26 - access to injections

I’ve tried to lose weight but struggle. My BMI is 26 with no weight related health issues, everything I’ve read highlights I’m not able to access and pay for injections.

That is not a good thing.

No, I agree tbh. But it's the only thing that's ever helped me with weight loss and it's also reducing my unexplained "inflammation" pain which the doctor doesn't seem very interested in getting to the bottom of, so I'm willing to take the risk.
