To ask if Vinted is worth it?

I'm short of cash and looking to make some extra money. Have some clothes I'd like to sell but wondering if it's financially viable, I mean I don't want all the hassle of posting and packaging and so on if I'm going to make £1 or £2 per item.
Just looking for any experiences.

I'm losing weight and want a pair of Medium Livvy trousers from Hollister as mine are large and too big. They are going for £20 on Vinted. Mine were £15 in the January sales direct from Hollister. It's a weird place?

Definitely worth it! All those £1s add up. I sell 3-4 things a week on it and only use the post options that I pass in my daily life anyway. It's so easy!

I've just received a Roka back pack, it is £12 and like new, love Vinted 💜

I notice a lot of people buy Zara stuff in the sales, then sell it on Vinted as brand new with tags for more than they’ve paid. I’ve been stung a couple of times.

My daughter bought a brand new with tags Zara top for £18 from Vinted, but it was still for sale online reduced to £5. And another time I bought a jacket for £30 thinking I was getting a bargain, but it had been £20 in the sale.

Same. Superdry little padded red coat arrived yesterday, it's like new. £22 (£100 in the shop).

@RunVelma

My daughter sees that with urban outfitters - she's always looking in the sales though so she's pretty good at picking up what bits are priced up on Vinted.

£3 (jeans/jumpers) or £5 (jackets) if you’re lucky per item. I just sold a cardigan/bolero for £4 and an 80% woollen coat (Italian, probably cost me £30 in TKMaxx years ago) for £10. Sold a suit for £9. I’m happy if I sell for what I bought if it’s from there anyway. I’ve made about £50 selling everything for about £5 in recent weeks, but I’m not selling loads currently. Stick it on eBay/other sites too. Just copy/paste everything across and remember to delete if you sell it on another site.

I made £1700 in 3 months selling unworn / little worn, good brand women's clothes in good condition. Mostly no longer required due to changing size Confused, or work/ formal clothes that I didn't need any more, so I haven't missed anything since it's gone.
It was time consuming but I got the DC taking things to lockers for me. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would- it was fun to learn the system and see what sold quickly/ get good reviews etc.
I worked in batches of 10-20 items at a time, photographing any time when the light was good, but posting early Friday evening. Then watching as the orders rolled in.... Did packaging the next day and a locker/ drop off run on Saturday and another on batch on Sunday.
I needed to make some extra money for roof repairs.
