I would have said Eastern Congo, but I don't think we're far wrong either way...

Afghanistan is quite possibly the absolute worst, but also countries like Somalia where FGM is almost universal. It's so depressing, it's overwhelming.

Yemen might give it a run for it's money but otherwise, no. A medieval hell hole where the subservience and misery of women is paraded as a trophy.
