Just that really. Over the years I've tried to enjoy it in all forms from full on partying to having close friends round; snuggling in front of the TV to going to bed early; going to see a film to having a bubbly bath and all points in between.
I just find it so pointless and feel honour bound to 'see in' the new year with DH and DC who are all here at home. It doesn't exactly feel depressing but the forcedness and expectation wear me out.
