I have been on another mothering forum, which is VERY "sweet" and "mama" and "fun" and "hun"
I've had threads deleted, and will be chucked off soon I'm sure, even tho I'm not being rude, just disagreeing.
I've had TWO warnings, GUESSING that I'm someone here( they've only assumed I'm the same person, as I've never said it).
That's an assumed accusation isn't it?
I suppose it could be libelous if they don't have proof I'm the person they think I am.

Anyway, it's the cheek of being told that their site can't be talked about here!

Are they being reasonable?

so whatever you've said on there is either out of order, or they're completely barking and just can't take criticism. But either way, if it's so bad there then why on earth do you keep going back?

it makes me when people slag off these sites because of their fluffyness and tickers and the huns that go there, but if you go there then surely you are one of them?

Ha Ha Ha Ha...... too funny when you think about it, MN becoming the "Sink" Comprehensive School of parenting websites, taking in all and sundry rogue parents who have been excluded from elsewhere.

Particularly funny when you consider that the average level of educational achievement and actual genuine ^true depth of support on here is probably substantially higher than on other sites.

I'm thinking soapbox's christmas secret Santa thingie, the poster who gave away dollops of £50 to a few really hardup responders, free for postage stuff, support in all sorts of emotional and financial dilemmas.

I've been on those other sites and I just don't feel the posters have much depth to them despite all that 'hun'-ing and stuff, I just don't get the same vibe at all.

Here, its like family, you can have a rants/ outbursts even offend someone, apologise maybe or agree to differ but you still carry on in the family.

justa, I was very nice. Honestly.
I really wanted it to be non confrontational, because the anthros just won't talk;
it's like calling them something unspeakeable.
Any other religion, is happy to discuss their beliefs with interested parties.
There are some anthros on there, and I wanted to see if my view of the anthro vision for human kind was about right.
