Moving into first home - what do I need?

I am soon moving into my first ever home. I need to buy pretty much everything.

Currently I have:
Bed
Wardrobe
Bedside table
Plates
Bowls
Sofa
Vacuum cleaner

I need to get everything else. I am making a list of things I need and have most of the obvious kitchen items on there (cutlery, oven gloves, kettle etc). What else do I need? I will have a garden too. Anything I may not have thought of or anything that's been a lifesaver for you?

Just thinking back to when I moved into a house by myself and thought I had everything sorted, these were the things I needed:
Broom
Dustpan and brush
Gaffer tape
Hosepipe
Secateurs
Trowel
Chopping boards
Good knives
Toilet roll holder for the wall
More than one set of bedding
Toothbrush cup
Black mould killer spray (Lakeland has the best one)
Baking trays
Spatula
Side tables
Lamp

I recommend changing the locks.

Some basic tools, screwdrivers, adjustable spanner, hammer, tape measure and locate the stop cock immediately. Turn the kitchen tap on, turn the stop cock to off to check you can turn it, the water should stop coming out of the tap.

Rubber gloves, bin bags, cleaning stuff. If you can get in and clean/decorate before you move your belongings in the better.

Don’t buy everything in a rush, you’ll end up with stuff you don’t use or like and you’ll see other stuff later that you’d wished you’d waited and got. With the garden don’t buy anything until you’ve lived there for a while, you’ll end up need to get used to it, plant in the right places, know the soil. Same with a house really get to know it before you do too much,
