What are you eating today?

It’s just us at home.
I assumed there be lots of leftovers, some beef, potatoes and sprouts, but not enough for meals. We have some cheese from the cheese board, millions of crackers, some good bread, then the usual..eggs, pasta etc
Was hoping to get a few days out of not having to go to the shops and get more.
Wondering whether to just get some nice ham and have ham & mustard sandwiches, def not cooking today!

Left over Christmas Eve Chinese for lunch then buffet later - M&S party food, cheeseboard, crackers and pate, tempura prawns etc. plus a lot of chocolate.
I’ll be going low carb in the new year so need to eat my way through all the crackers and chocolate before then!

Quiche, shop bought, and left overs, salad and mayo.
Much tastier than it sounds. Just zap in microwave, joy.

Now at the Inlaws until tomorrow so likely being starved!. Always a lack of food here.
Luckily I have some Christmas chocolate if I get desperate!

Iv made a turkey curry ( Hairy Bikers). I didn't have any chicken stock so dismantled the turkey and made stock from the bones.
We are having it tomorrow with rice.but today it's slices of cold turkey .roast potatoes and salad bits.

Oh no..you definitely can't waste any chocolate..and you've got to eat it before it goes off.

Day 2 of the roast beast feast here so it's ham in coca cola with mash and leftover veg.

Asian fusion takeaway for us. We went out for Xmas lunch so there are no leftovers.

I'm currently eating turkey masala crisps with a Coke Zero

Been to my mums for loads of cheese and crackers, bake at home ciabatta and hot cheese chorizo bake and cranberry topped camembert bake, celery, grapes and port! Am absolutely stuffed 😋 don't know if I'll want to eat again today but if I do it'll probably be a turkey sandwich or smoked salmon bagel - after cooking Christmas dinner yesterday, I definitely won't be cooking properly for a few days ☺️

Porridge this morning
Eggs & salmon for lunch
Had some cake & 2 biscuits

Later will have a mini roast with leftovers from y'day
