@FloofPaws oh I've mentioned Charlie just not Andy, I'm sure you will keep everyone right on what they can talk about though... very helpful

Just the derailing , I'm
Not too invested in what you actually say, easy to mix you up with another derailer

Manypaws · 17/12/2024 19:35

@FloofPaws best you reference most of the posters then, including yourself, as many have " derailed" from the original Christmas card

For someone who doesn't care what I say you sure have spent a lot of time and effort

However, it's a typical response from someone who has made a bit of an arse of themselves

FloofPaws · 17/12/2024 19:37

@Livingtothefull - I think your argument is more about the many many things H&M do that basically steals someone else's ideas/limelight/grief thief/ cos play / use other people's money to self promote .. the list goes on - it's not, as PP said, about hate, it's the constant user/narc/manipulative behaviours and the constant bullying of family/staff etc ... and got the victim claiming is unreal - they're toxic lying bullies

I did not say "oh what on earth have they done wrong?" I merely expressed bemusement at the extent of the ire and rage they seem to provoke in some quarters and mentioned that I do not take an interest in the doings or perceived misdeeds of the royal family. Not really interested in exploring the details that seem to exercise the imaginations of so many although the vehemence of both their detractors and supporters. I do however take a very dim view of Prince Andrew but his behaviour does not seem to enrage people they way M and H do

There's no proof that Virginia slept with Andrew, and I don't think he did. She tried to say that Alan Dershowitz slept with her too, but when she realised that he wouldn't back down but would defend himself, she said "Oh, I must have been mistaken." Mistaken?! The RF had to pay Virginia off because the alternative would have been a messy trial where everything private about Andrew, including information about his genitalia, was put into the public domain. It was sheer extortion on her part, and it worked with the RF but not on Dershowitz. She accused Dershowitz and then withdrew. Well, he either raped you or he didn't. I also don't think she was trafficked; she was not kept prisoner and went home to her dad every night. She could have left any time, and others who she tried to recruit and rejected Epstein's advances were told to leave, they weren't forced. She was a willing and well-paid sex worker.

What sort of proof do you think there would be? And well paid by whom?

thepariscrimefiles · 17/12/2024 19:18

Well Meghan is beautiful and I presume that both her children are gorgeous. Much better looking than anyone else in the Royal Family.

I find the things that Andrew does much more hideous. Hobnobbing with a convicted sex offender, paying off a victim of sex trafficking and hiring an alleged Chinese spy as his chief representative in China, and inviting him a few times to Buckingham Palace, St James’s Palace and his house. He's a fat ugly fucker as well.

Catherine is very attractive so she’s added some good looking genes in to the mix.

I’m sure H&M’s kids are lovely too. Meghan was very attractive around her graduation time. I admit I don’t find her very attractive now. She’s lumbered herself with a heavy curtains hair do she might find hard to change, but it’s not flattering.

I’ve never liked Andrew, he’s always been a pompous prick.

@FloofPaws oh now we are using the bullying word, so you attack people, they respond and subsequently they are bullies, righto

FloofPaws · 17/12/2024 19:45

@Manypaws - I've not attacked anyone

Even if all that you say is true (and some of this is debatable) it is strange to me that H&M attract so much vitriol despite being the only members of the RF that aren't costing the public money. And it is about hate. The insults just roll off the virtual tongue in your post, says it all.

I think they are being used as a distraction from the behaviour of other family members who are still on the public purse. Apart from Andrew's conduct, people seem to have forgotten that Charles & his elder son are basically slumlords. It seems that they don't mind that (to give just another example) they have been enriching themselves by charging charities to access Duchy property and profiting tax free; meaning that they are enriching themselves directly from donations made to charities by the public out of their taxed income.

I don't care what a couple say to each other but I do care that an adulterer is head of the church, I think that's a more relevant issue

A lot of people aren't happy about that. But that ship has sailed a long time ago. That's the trouble with royalty. They aren't elected so can't be voted out

FloofPaws · 17/12/2024 19:50

@Livingtothefull - to be fair they are costing the UK money for the multiple court cases Harry has instigated re his security - wanting security at the same time level as his sibling rather than the level afforded to his rank in the RF which is, self dictated, very low.
He's also causing the US public money as apparently his security is paid by them / via Biden
That's only two examples off the top of my head I'm sure there are others

FloofPaws · 17/12/2024 19:53

@Viviennemary - it's somewhat laughable considering Henry VIII started CoE ... he didn't have much of a track record of keeping it in his pants, or heads on necks... 😉

Extiainoiapeial · 17/12/2024 20:03

@UniqueOP

You know absolutely nothing about sex trafficked vulnerable girls. The girls were lured by Maxwell to be abused by Epstein. Your post is appalling. Do you think Maxwell would've been jailed for 20 years if those young girls were just well paid sex workers?

That may be so though maybe Harry felt justified in instigating the court action due to the level of threat against himself and Meghan, described as 'disgusting and very real' by the outgoing Met assistant commissioner.

I thought that any member of the public with a sufficiently high public profile would be entitled to security if deemed to be at risk. It is surprising if his security was at a level 'afforded to his rank in the RF' rather than the level of risk they are faced with. Given the ongoing hate campaign against them I would be very surprised if the risk did not continue to be high.

If he is costing the US money that is the business of the US government & people, not ours.

If true, then whatever money H&M are costing us is probably dwarfed by the c£12m which Andrew paid to a woman whom (according to a poster above) he never slept with. Or the millions of pounds extorted from the public every year.

You haven’t posted it but I don’t need to see it to know it’s probably a fairly standard cheesy christmas family photo. A photo that no-one could take issue with unless they were sad, weird and obsessive. Which 100% of people who start threads about Harry and Megan are.

Well you should have looked at it because you are wrong 😂

stripeyshutters · 17/12/2024 20:17

OutwiththeOutCrowd · 17/12/2024 09:36

I would quite liked to have had a photo of them all staring up at lights in the sky which would have felt a little Christmassy but also topical. I don't think the use of photoshop is troubling if just for family photos but sometimes the line between art and reportage can be bamboozling and it feels like it's impossible to tell what's 'real' any longer.

Topical? You mean the drones with aliens? 😂

stripeyshutters · 17/12/2024 20:18

pinkgrevillea · 17/12/2024 09:37

I think they are amazing photos. If I looked like Meghan I'd be sending out something like that - she's stunning. Kids are gorgeous. It's fine.

But you can't see them. How do you know?

FloofPaws · 17/12/2024 20:18

@Livingtothefull - he's wanting the high level security though if the king/next in line - all the time in the UK, rather than in a case by case basis.
Also he's caused such controversy with him slagging off so many of the RF, and others. By discussing in his book that he made plenty of money from, about killing people, bad enough, but killing terrorists, which to be honest, it's controversial as he's thrown in a bimb, run off and expecting others to pick up after him and his revelations rather than keeping a lid on his military kills .. which in itself isn't exactly the sort of thing military people make public - they've made themselves a target!
Ref USA public purse - yes their issue, but the poster just said public money.... let's not even talk about the money from the public in Nigeria and in Columbia

Galdownunder · 17/12/2024 20:21

Isn’t the little boy cross eyed and that’s why they do t show his face?
