Does this scream "Photoshop" to anyone else? Lilibet's shoes, Meghan's leg and outrageously long arm,L is dressed for summer,A dressed for winter,the 3 year old looks more like 6. Jeeez...how embarrassing...🤦‍♀️

I would quite liked to have had a photo of them all staring up at lights in the sky which would have felt a little Christmassy but also topical. I don't think the use of photoshop is troubling if just for family photos but sometimes the line between art and reportage can be bamboozling and it feels like it's impossible to tell what's 'real' any longer.

If you mean standard as in “here’s me trying to imitate my (god knows why) sainted mother by pretending to care about some guy in an African hospital, whilst shamelessly using his image (with consent? Who knows?) in an attempt to salvage my laughable public image”

I think they are amazing photos. If I looked like Meghan I'd be sending out something like that - she's stunning. Kids are gorgeous. It's fine.

As for the height of the children. Their dad is tall plus, and I quote father ted, those cows are far far away.

Exactly this. And I think you either do a genuine photo or not at all. They must be aware how it will be scrutinized or are they that unaware/naive?

There’s another thread on this. I don’t get why people are so bothered? They sent out a Xmas card whilst protecting their children’s faces and some generic pictures. What should they have done then?

Or don't care because even if it is photoshopped it will blow over just like the allegedly disastrous Mother's Day one the Waleses did. Nobody really cares a few days later anymore than they will care about this one.

The thing is Harry and Meghan are criticised for doing things all the Royals do. Does William care about the one homeless man he's photographed with every year? (If he did then maybe he could spend some of his cash making sure his properties are habitable) or if any of them give a damn about any of us? They do what they do because they care about the Windsors and keeping themselves where they are for as long as possible. Harry is spoilt and entitled because he was brought up to be spoilt and entitled. Just like they all are.

I'm fed up with the Harry and Meghan hate. Yes they've made mistakes (publicly) but it's no different to your cousin slagging off the family on a public Facebook page! Life moves on. The world needs to forget about Diana - the only people who should be remembering her are her children. The world needs to accept Harry and his family for where they are at not the pigeon hole the press wants them to occupy.

If Kate had put photoshopped pictures on her own Instagram as these two have nothing would have happened. But they passed them to news agencies, which means they need to be treated as news, and had to be flagged, as any images going through picture news agencies would be. Once again, they pay advisors ( or we do) that they either ignore or who don't know even the basics of their own job.

What is the point of the card? Are we supposed to buy they care about all that? Well I do not think they care. They are an embarrassment for America and the U.K.

Or know that they literally can’t win - whatever they do they’re going to get a done of abuse from people online who have never even met them but have been whipped up to hate them by the newspapers because anger fuels clicks which fuels ad revenue. Nice family picture = we thought you wanted privacy, no family picture = the children don’t exist etc etc.

It's a corporate card from their company and charity, it's the same as any other corporate card. It's not their "family Christmas card" like the ones the other royals produce.

But it's a corporate card! Corporate cards are always about promoting the business, so it will have images from them doing their job. People are looking to be offended because they hate Harry and Meghan.
