@Sharptonguedwoman Its OK, we've all done it!

Reasonable. Roz Adams deserves to be compensated for what she went through, though I'm sure no amount of money can offset what she suffered.

I think, though I haven't followed this closely, that they were previously refusing to refer women to Beira's Place (if they wanted single sex help), preferring to pretend that it was unreasonable to want a single sex facility.

stunningly, yes.

Roz deserves every penny and more after what she went though.

Out of interest has a tribunal ever found against natal women in these cases? I'm sure I read somewhere that the Law Association is seeking to bring in guidance that says lawyers can no longer represent these cases. Have I made that up?

She deserves more, so in that way it's not reasonable. By the time you factor in taxes, pension contribution, registration and cpd fees, any hit to her practice, etc., it's a year's wage. That's not enough.

Exactly what I was thinking although I believe employment tribunals are limited with the awards they can make.

She's a hero and deserves every penny for the shit she must have put up with and for putting her neck on the line to protect vulnerable women.
