Just that really, parents who choose not to vaccinated their children what made you decide? How are you're kids now do they get sick often ? Any allergies?
I don't want this turning into a debate of why you should vaccinated you're child I'm simply asking parents why they choose not too? So if you can't respect people's decisions not to vaccinated please don't answer on this thread

I did and every single parent I know has so far apart from one. That one parent made a decision re one vaccine due to medical advice as child was unwell at the time and on medication that wasn't allowed to be taken at same time as vaccine, but did vaccine 6 months later when the reason she couldn't vaccine was resolved. I as a child was vaccinated against everything but one which followed doctor advice my parents choose not to get me vaccinated. I reacted very badly and had a fit as a toddler when I had a certain first injection and the gp advised I was not vaccinated on the second jab and I had separate vaccinations apart from that one. However as an adult I have now been vaccinated but I had to sit in a hospital for 30 mins after the vaccine in the reception area. Luckily I didn't react like I did as a Toddler so now fully vaccinated, something I know my mum worried about for years. Never totally judge someone as you don't always know the reasons behind a decision.

Everyone should do what is right for them and. What they feel is the correct choice. That was my choice and the correct decision for me and my girls

We declined the TB baby vaccine, as we looked at the reasons we were being offered it - mainly due to baby being born near Heathrow. We were due to move soon after birth to a very low risk area where vaccine was not routinely offered to babies.

We also spread out the vaccines on medical advice.

chipsaway · 20/10/2024 21:44

Why is that? It’s actually not the same. Do your research on each and every vaccine.
bacterial vaccines are different to airborne.
did you know vaccines cannot be ethically trialled in kids and pregancy but was wildly used in covid. WE DO NoT know long term effects of this period!!!

Other children who are too young or sick to be vaccinated will die because of your selfish I'll informed decision. That is a fact. Vaccination, along with clean water and antibiotics is the reason we have our current life expectancy as opposed to Victorian times.

I didn't have the flu vaccine in pregnancy and my youngest hasn't had the flu vaccine the last few years after a bad experience with the school nursing team. Both kids had one covid vaccine but not the second although that was really just timing as by the time they were due for the booster it wasn't readily available anymore and didn't seem worth it. They've both had all the standard jabs and one of the meningitis ones privately (Men C maybe) that they just missed on NHS. Eldest had HPV last year. Youngest will have that too although I will probably will have to work out a way to get it done outside of school to avoid dreaded school nursing team.

I think this article explains it well @Clocloxx

Wow. My comment has been deleted.

I repeat. It was on the NHS Website and confirmed by the nurse that the rotavirus vaccine was sending babies to hospital for surgery for twisted bowels.

Absolute disgrace to delete my comment.
