I understand Harvey has disabilities and so won’t be cognitively a grown up, but is it just me who thinks having your adult son pushed up against your bare breasts in a particularly small bikini is a little inappropriate?

I also don’t understand how she manages him on holiday - given she can’t manage him at home? Does she take a carer with her?

Given you’re implying, even if it is indirectly, that she’s sexually inappropriate with her disabled child I think it’s you that is out of order. You never accuse someone of something like that without hard evidence, you can destroy lives so much faster than any of the shit she does herself. The ramifications of accusations like that should always be strongly considered and only accepted if there is physical proof of inappropriate sexual behaviour between an adult and vulnerable person or child.

But yes, of course she has a carer for Harvey - I read that her mother once did the majority of caring for him, but not sure whether that's still the case? I don't think Katie is hugely involved with him on a day to day basis and he mostly gets trotted out for photo ops these days, poor lad. Isn't he now living in a facility for disabled adults?

I think she was just having a genuine moment with her son. Her breasts are work, literally there for her children and Harvey to have the care he needs. I think people forget that.
