Gill is prettier but more annoying.

Kathyis6incheshigh · 21/04/2008 21:19

Giles has bad taste in shirts, I see.

Yabbadabbadooo · 21/04/2008 21:20

Is it just me or goes GC look utterly terrified next GR in that pic?

GR is looking customarily smug and all I can surmise from that image is that GR has got probably GC's knackers in a vice.

harpsichordcarrier · 21/04/2008 21:20

AA Gill is prettier??
are you blind?

oh I love AA Gill

I read a book of his once, a collection of his articles

vvvvv funny

off now to get a Magnum out of the freezer, mmmmmmmmmmm

Giles would Disapprove of ingredients no doubt. I spit in his eye.

matthew norman reviews restaurants in the guardian weekend mag.

islingtonponce · 21/04/2008 21:47

that photo makes him look like an extra from lord of the rings (a hobbity one)

squeaver · 21/04/2008 21:50

Thank you hoxtonchick.

The worst thing about AA Gill is that he's friends with Clarkson (and don't they both just love it)

policywonk · 21/04/2008 21:52

He's wearing a lot of Touche Eclat in that photo with Ramsay.

Sorry Harpsi, I think we have concluded that YABU.

Kathyis6incheshigh · 21/04/2008 22:00

Actually I just did a google image search for AA, looking for evidence, and was disconcerted to find he was not nearly as pretty as I remembered
Course, that doesn't make Coren any prettier.

Harpsi, have you tried emailing him details of some fabulous local restaurant (you could always lie) in the hope that he will come to review it and let you go with him? Because I do think he would probably be quite funny. Even if you had to rearrange the vase of flowers on the table so you didn't have to look straight at him.

mymblemummy · 21/04/2008 22:52

No, no, no, never. If you actually met him you would run screaming.

A hobbit would be preferable.

islingtonponce · 21/04/2008 22:54

i sense a (hobbity) theme developing...
