That I shouldn't cut my hair pic included

I want to grow my hair long, I last had it cut in May. Since then it's grown from shoulder length to what you can see in the pic.
I took the picture this morning and the split ends are obvious but if I get them cut off I'll be back at shoulder length,
What would you do with my hair?
It's not bleached, this is my Natural colour, it goes blonder in the summer and a darker blonde in the winter.

Had it cut yesterday, had to get rid of a couple of inches to make neaten it up. She's convinced me to get a Brazilian blow dry next week so I won't have to use heat on it for a few months and it should grow.

A trim regularly will help as in every 6 weeks and get a deep conditioning treatment , have you tried biotin . I use a thickening conditioner by alfaparf its made my hair feel thicker and look thicker , it's possible that's a placebo effect

I grew my hair out after absolutely frying it with bleach and it does take time. Regular trims are essential, I know it feels like going backwards but it really does help! My hair is now butt length and really healthy, but it took about a year to grow out and trim away all the bleach fried bits.
