Salted Caramel gross. AIBU?

Where did it spring from and why isn’t it going away?!

It’s just sugar and salt flavour. Yuck!

My theory is that it’s everywhere because it’s a cheaper flavour to make than cocoa or vanilla for example.

But regardless of why, it’s mank. Aibu?!

All caramel is disgusting - with and without salt. And toffee. 🤢

Local ice cream company makes a lovely salted caramel ice cream.

Dark (oe dark milk) chocolate and salted peanuts is delicious.

Yes this. Salted caramel is often over -salted.

I love it when the balance is right but it often isn't.
