I couldn't care less if William and Harry "reunite" but I do wish to God that the bullying and the misogyny towards Meghan would stop and that so many people would stop lapping up what the media feed them.

It's actually scary.

This

did the goady op ever come back?

But they don’t want that, they actively court publicity.

It’s fine if they want publicity. The press can choose whether to indulge that or not. I just don’t like it when the press are racist about Meghan or speculating that they’ll divorce - that’s really grim. If the press want to get involved, I’d rather they criticise H&M’s activities (which they have) rather than being racist or trying to stir up drama about their personal lives.

mathanxiety · 31/08/2024 22:46

Be careful what you wish for.

I give the brothers Gallagher two weeks max.

Really? I’d be more generous here, as there’s so much money at play! Surely they’ve signed some sort of agreement with the tour organisers and will be liable to pay up at least a portion of their projected earnings if they don’t go ahead with it?

Isn't there another band who hated each other and just did gigs then walked offstage never to speak to each other again? Something tells me Fleetwood Mac or some other '70's band

I don’t think anyone alive could ever forgive Harry for what he’s done. The awful things he wrote, publicising private conversations, making the Queen’s final years horrible, slating Kate and so much more. That is serious scorched earth shit. He and Meghan deserve each other. In their splendid isolation. Their poor kids never knowing extended family/ cousins

Ridiculous, do your research. He has done nothing wrong. Nothing. His father sold stories to the press to stop negative stories about him. His brother did the same to stop stories of his affair.

He said no and he has been demonised for not being willing to be the designated press punch bag. William even att ked and punched him repeatedly. How is harry in the wrong.

He got out of a toxic, racist family and put his wife and children first, well done him. Why on earth ppl think he owes them something because he was born royalty?

Do your research

Yes, I think it was Fleetwood Mac - possibly happened with other bands as well.
The mixture of drug abuse and egos doesn't help relationships!

If that's the case then why was Harry a really popular royal as a child/younger man,
Seen as the cheeky chappie type when now, he's not protected by the RF re press and his popularity has plummeted and he's being seen for what he actually is, entitled, lying and money grabbing. He's never been so unpopular
Also, there have been tonnes of stories in the press about all of the RF in the past, not just throwing Harry under the bus

LochKatrine · 01/09/2024 09:03

Over the years there have been numerous negative stories about all of the royals, particularly Charles and of course, Camilla.

Caroparo52 · 01/09/2024 09:09

Funny that the atrempts of Ginger Whinger to seek reconsiliation have intensified somewhat now there is a realistic threat of Trump being in power... who has threatened to evict the GW out of USA because of admitted drug use and his respect of our late Queen.

LochKatrine · 01/09/2024 09:17

@Caroparo52 - is that what Trump has said?
I've always wondered what Harry's status in the USA was, and why they would give him special privilege.

taxguru · 01/09/2024 09:19

Like Oasis, it will be motivated by money if it ever happens. Harry will end up desperate for cash once he’s been rinsed by Megan and will have to come crawling back. As I say, just like Oasis!

BustingBaoBun · 01/09/2024 09:21

Where has Trump said that Harry will have to leave the US because of his respect for his grandmother? And where has he said that he will be evicting Harry?

How strange there is nothing out there saying this. Unless it's the usual DM made up bollocks for clicks.

Was Harry popular as an adult? Fair enough as a child, especially after Diana died. But as an adult, his image has been chequered to say the least, with the drug taking, wearing Nazi uniform to fancy dress party, etc. I think his popularity was declining throughout his 20’s due to his poor choices.

I think his popularity was increasing post army, when he teamed up with W&K as part of the Royal Foundation. I remember all 3 of them launching Heads Together. Then they gave Harry Invictus, and that was very positive and added to his popularity.

He seemed happy, though? He said Kate was the sister he never had? I suppose they were trying to include him, and give him projects.

Also because it's clear they're not able to do this whole life thing on their own and get the money, riches and infrastructure they want ... probably a bit late for that Hazza

In the case of C and C, well deserved.

So obviously not protected, no control by the Palace, the tabloids print what they want. I agree. No one gets special privilege on that score

If that’s the case why did they want half in half out and to collaborate with the Queen? If they were such a toxic & racist family then why on earth would you want that!

As far as I’m aware William hasn’t had an affair. Rumours of an affair don’t count. I’m sure if had he had an affair Harry would have spilled the beans in Spare.

Like he spilled on "William's cold shoulder at the uncle's funeral" ?
😂
