Had anyone tried appetite suppressants?

Has anyone tried these? I see boots have them on sale. Do they work? I literally can't control my appetite and am 12.5 stone at 5,6. I can't lose weight. I have no willpower when it comes to hunger and food. I try to exercise but it's futile when I just eat so much.

I thought that phentermine was banned because of its adverse effect on the heart.
I know that increased palpitations was one of the major side effects.
If I remember clearly, one of the ladies in a pop group nearly had a heart attack because of phentermine usage

It is available via a doctor, who will do checks while taking it. With short term use there wasn't proof of heart damage. The deaths that occurred was on overdose levels, coupled with caffeine etc. Abuse any drug and it has the potential to kill you.
