Seems to be happening in many places tonight.

Seen quite a few on this Twitter feed: Stan Collymore on X: "Anti fascist rally, Liverpool, England. https://t.co/MgSI42zRBr" / X

Just hopefully the racists get the message around the country.

My friend was scared tonight in her own home, because of the threat of what might happen. She and her family feel so much better now that there's been a such a big turn out. So for me, as a white person, this is also a demonstration to all of those people who are scared right now. That's important too, otherwise all they are seeing is the threat, and maybe think we're all against them, all looking to shout at them or hurt them and want them out, off back "home". Hopefully, that's an end to the protests and marches, maybe not, but they've seen the might of the decent people of this country.

If there is another threat of planned protest I'll definitely be going along this time too. To show solidarity with my Polish, Jewish, Muslim, Syrian, Russian, Egyptian, Iranian, Iraqi, Romanian, Somalian, Indian, Greek, Turkish, Italian and French neighbours.
I was a bit too scared to go last night to be honest - and being a single parent I didn't want my DC to be worried about me.

I reckon next time (if there is a next time) it will be an even bigger anti-fascist presence!
