It has taken me a good 1/2 hour to read through a couple of threads as I was looking for a bit of advice, and all I have noticed is -You whine about how hard being a mum is & how little time you have for yourself, yet most of you seem to spend hours here chatting about shit!

I mn while mine are locked in a cupboard at school or at dancing, or even doing something like occupying themselves with their fantastic imaginations.

I even mn when bored, ill, hiding, PMTish etc........and of course the shit makes it rater more interesting..

I realised that yesterday.... from my OP yesterday wondering what everyone's little ones were doing as they typed on the computer... it became quite apparent that they are either asleep or at school/with other parent/eating something/on MNer's lap etc....

For example, terrible mother that I am , have my DS1 sitting on his little desk next to me painting pictures printed off CBBC website every now and again - Now, I call that multitasking!!

Ohhh, I love it when a "my life is so much better and more interesting than yours" newbie comes in, looks around a second, is insenced, and makes a sweeping statement and thus joins in with the "pointless shit" with one of the most pointless and shitty threads seen in a while!

I also work from home, because I have chosen to have an office in my home, rather than going "to the office". I get up at six am, and go to bed around 1 am. Plenty of time to dip in and out between domestic chores, work, children and erm. planning my fun and frivolous self build!

And I love "pointless chit chat".

is that i have a job in R & D in software and have written a programme which generates posts for me

i have made a shit load selling it to other mns on the side and i am currently in negotiations for worldwide licences

a lot of companies after this kind of thing as part of a benefits package to attract new employees who want to be able to post on their favourite websites during work time but are otherwise prevented from doing so

a lot of sahps are also interested
