Watching the Olympics and reading Dramione fanfic from my reclined position on the sofa.

I have been considering going and deadheading my roses for the last 6 hours. It'll probably happen around 8pm when I realise I'm about to lose the light 😁

I was also pondering dead heading the roses. They are doing really well this year for some reason.

I have just had another leftover roast potato for lunch. I think if it wasn't for potatoes, I would be a reasonable weight.

I'm watching Sommerdahl murders but will switch back to the Olympics after this episode

Getting ready for dinner at a restaurant overlooking the sea (we're SE coast so nowhere super exotic but we've had fab weather. Although it's a bit chilly this evening so I hope were seated under one of the outdoor heating lamp thingys)

Thankyou, do you include them everyday or during an attack.

I have ordered some apple cider vinegar today whilst laying in bed to see if that helps.

I started only using them during the painful attacks and then started reducing high-acid foods generally. I had to get them removed after one too many trip to the hospital. I remember it felt like a heart-attack. Before you get them removed, read about side-effects after gall stones are removed. Removing them can interfere with your digestion and can make toilet trips troublesome.
