I'm looking for a movie to watch

I've got a cold 😑 Just had a sandwich for lunch and now on Mumsnet while my partner watches the Olympics.

Taking a breather with a cold drink after a full on clean of upstairs. Downstairs can wait until this afternoon - although I cleaned the fridge and cleared out the unidentifiable things from the freezer first thing.

We have visitors next week so I am trying to reduce the last minute frantic tidy up.

Looking forward to a chilled evening with a glass bottle of wine and some mindless TV. Might even order a takeaway delivery.

Just put DS2 down for his nap and am sat on the sofa. DS1 is asking for his lunch and the house is a mess so I will get up in a moment. My reward will be a cup of tea and a cherry Bakewell in an hour or so!

Sitting in the garden of a new local cafe waiting for them to bring me a lovely veggie breakfast. Then I’m getting my nails done. DH is at home dealing with some double glazing units being replaced. Think we’ll watch some Rings of Power later - we’re rewatching ahead of the new series coming out.

Just been to the gym. I'm now sitting on the sofa, having a coffee, watching the Olympics and scrolling on Mumsnet,

I'm going to my partners this afternoon so need to have a shower and make myself look presentable, but in all honesty, I'd happily remain where I am for the rest of the day!

On holiday, currently back at the apartment getting my youngest to nap. She is so beautiful 🤩

Eating leftover chinese straight from the fridge and also avoiding housework by watching the Olympics.

Just having lunch before I start on painting my granddaughters room in our house. Dh has finally moved his office out of the box room and it's going to be all made beautiful (I hope) for when she comes to stay next. I'm planning a mural and very excited as I've never done that before.

Waiting for a supermarket delivery because I'm hungry and have nothing in to eat (that I fancy!).

I'm on the sofa, I've just finished my lunch and I'm thinking I should definitely either do the ironing or sort out DH's birthday presents while he's at work, but I'm probably going to make a coffee and scroll the internet instead.

Ha ha this is me and also cheering the fact it's raining so I can't cut the grass. Really can't motivate myself today

Eating chips on the pier after a bloody long swim

Just had a lovely swim in the Mediterranean followed by salad lunch with baguette and a serious amount of French cheese.

Feel like I can’t really move now but need to put down my phone and go and fetch my book.

Tidying up lunch as my three year old listens to Kate Winslet read Enchanted Forest on her speaker and my husband gets the baby to sleep. Everything is a mess but we had a fun morning in the playground and all is right with the world.

Getting ready to take the dog for a walk. I can’t find the socks I wanted to wear.

Watching the Olympics, trying to put off getting on with stuff that needs doing, including the excitement of trying to remove the black spot mould from the patio. Living the dream. I'll have another cup of tea first.

Sitting in absolute silence with the dogs sleeping on my lap. Teens are out, dh is out, Ive walked the dogs, had lunch, done my chores. Now I'm contemplating either napping or finding something to watch.

Browsing mumsnet while waiting for eggs to boil for lunch. Then I need to go to the shop for...erm...crap. Oh! Bin bags. After that we'll probably watch a film with the DC until it's time to start cooking dinner.

Trying to resist the tub of M&S double chocolate mini roll bites on my island counter. I've already eaten at least 8 today 🙈
