To think most (or lots) of teachers are secretly quite wild?

I’ve been a teacher for twenty three years, almost all the younger teachers-22-50 have been pretty wild on nights out and many of the younger ones-20’s have very crazy social lives.
Has anyone else had experience of this?
I think most people probably think we’re quite boring…

My RE teacher once passed out drunk for the duration of the lesson (she started it by slurring we should meditate for the full hour). A French teacher had a bit of a breakdown and vomited red wine all over the classroom then was caught repeatedly drinking wine on the job until she was fired. The teachers in my school were pretty messy.

I'm not even going into the 13 year olds in miniskirts and bralets dancing on a table in a school production singing to Mr Jones the pervy science teacher to the tune of Dr Jones by Aqua while he was up on stage with them. I don't know if alcohol was involved but it wasn't the best idea 😬. The next day he turned up absolutely hammered.

I'm sure most teachers are pleasant drunks 😅 tbf I'd be happy to hang out with the first two!
