Decadent desserts

Spin off from the decadent food thread. What are your go-to desserts for when you want to treat yourself?

Mine: Tarte tatin served with creme fraiche. Pavlova with strawberries and kiwi. Crepes suzette (hassle to make, but divine to eat) Chocolate mousse.

Never in my life have I ever had or seen anyone gasp when a lemon meringue pie has been brought out. I would normally make this 😩 face at it

Marks and Spencer chocolate eclairs the pack of 2 ( although I do think they have less cream in them than previously ) or their profiterole stack.

Decadent because it takes some fucking patience to make.

My absolute favourite has to be a chocolate orange fondant - unfortunately, my other half insists that they're too rich, and it's a pain to just make one, so I have to wait until we have friends or family over.

Well, I can assure you that they do! Your experience is clearly not universal.

Not necessarily decadent, but my favourite is Biscoff cheesecake!

I won't hear a word said against Lemon Meringue Pie!
