Is that normal? Do you put kisses on the ends of emails or team messages?

YABU - It's a friendly gesture
YANBU - it blurs the lines and isn't the done thing.

I and pretty much everyone at work do xes on emails, men and women alike, to men and women alike. There are some who don’t and I usually dont with them but might without thinking…

this is internally and externally. It is a slightly frivolous industry tho
