To tell the nosy cow to mind her business?

Started a new job, colleague started just one month before me and she’s so competitive with who’s doing better. I personally couldn’t care less,

Now she’s just randomly messaged me asking if I’ve passed probation. It’s none of her business. If I wanted to share confidential informations about myself then I will.

Actually just realised who the OP is.

Should've checked before replying 🤦‍♀️

Maybe she should give her colleague the address for her lazy cow neighbour and they could get together for a chat. I bet it would be interesting. I swear some posters spend far too much time thinking of reasons to post shite on here.

To be honest it is a bit awkward to message someone directly to ask if they have passed a probation period even if you're friends. It's not the kind of thing I would directly ask anyone about by text message because it is obviously very sensitive. I think it's fine to just ignore the message.

Your first mistake was giving her your number.
Ignore ignore ignore.

Maybe she's feeling anxious about the fact that she hasn't passed yet, rather than trying to compete with you. It sounds like insecurity.
