Who blows the Candles out in your House?

Light hearted conversation between Me and DH.

I say, whoever goes to Bed last blows them out. (Him)

He says, whoever lit them blows them out before going to Bed. (Me)

Thoughts?

I do it. And I turn the storage heaters down when I go to bed, even if that's before DH, because otherwise he forgets. He doesn't mind me doing it, by the way, I'm not being mean and leaving him in the cold.

I'd say whoever lit them, but that's because I've never lit a candle in my life so if someone suddenly started lighting them it wouldn't really be on my radar.
