Collagen recommendations

I would like to try some collagen . Back of my hands are ooking wrinkly, despite using SPF and I'm hoping it might help my knees too (mild osteoarthritis). Has anyone had any noticeable results using collagen?

Sorry for the slow reply - a prolapse is caused by pelvic floor muscle laxity, the collagen by no means reverses this but I find coupled with exercise (NOT kegals for me, makes me worse) it helps with my symptoms. It doesn't affect my actual bladder.

I bought the hunter gather one and it absolutely tastes of the smell of farm, I've got 3/4 of a bag sitting in the cupboard. I can stomach most things but it's hard work swallowing this in anything, the rank bovine taste remains, I've tried!

I really struggled with it but it worked in a smoothie. Dunno how people say it's tasteless and not noticeable
I blended frozen fruit, milk, bit of yoghurt and then added cinnamon but you could use protein powder, peanut butter, bananas

Same here, I ended up binning the marine one because no one would try it 😂
I have half a bag of bovine left and I've switched to Absolute collagen liquid. Vida Glow were okay too, I can't remember why I moved from them though 🤔

Is there any evidence for this stuff?
