AIBU? Is this just okay as off the cuff remark or would other people find this strange?

I'm pretty sure people have referred to Federer's and Gasquet's backhands as being pretty in commentary

We use the expression sitting pretty in horseriding lessons. It means, good position, light on the aids, quiet leg and generally good technique. I'd imagine the same meaning for swimming. Used for boys and girls alike.

It depends, if I was already on the fence about whether he was creepy then I wouldn’t like it, if he’s otherwise normal then I’d take it to mean the same as daintily.
