To ask where did the bird come from and where has it gone??

We came home from a nice (but damp) long weekend camping in Norfolk. Our cat was left as usual in the dining room/kitchen/utility room and both doors to the lounge were shut. My mum popped in to check on cat and didn't open any of the doors to the lounge.

We arrive home yesterday and there is lots of bird poo in the lounge. Mostly on the back of the sofa which is by the large window but some on other high surfaces.

No window was left open and both doors were shut when we got home. We cannot find the bird.

  1. How did the bird get in the room?
  2. Where the fuck is it now??

We once had a bird seemingly materialise and dematerialise in the bathroom. Turns out there was an open pipe in the wall and it was nesting behind the sink.

Did nobody have to access the room whilst you wee away in order to feed the snake? (I know nothing about snakes, so have no idea if they eat every day or not).

Ewww. Our cat is genuinely useless. He actually ran away from a mouse once.

Friends cat got bested by a money spider. SPider kept advancing, cat had not seen anything like it, so kept moving his front paws backwards, but didn't think to move his back paws backwards, so toppled over and fell off the windowsill.

A pigeon once got in our house down our chimney and made a right mess with soot, feathers around the room so probably didn't come down the chimney? Maybe up there now though?

Have you seen Hitchcocks "The Birds" ?

This could be the reccy by the lone bird. Then in a few days time a whole heap of them will invade for the main attack.
