in Snow Hill by a 15 and 16 year old. Why have these not been named unlike the killers of Brianna Ghey?

Absolutely appalling. They should have given 10 years minimum. I am glad I left England with these sort of people roaming around.

I assume Mr Hackett had some vulnerabilities, since he was being bullied by 3 teens for weeks?

I would be so angry if he were my son.

At 16 they are the size of adults. I have no vulnerabilities but if three 16 year olds took against me I would not stand a chance.

The issue is not to do with the victim, it’s to do with the mentality of the attackers and what has happened in such young lives that they behaved with such appalling cruelty and enjoyed it.

Those sentences are shockingly low. Those young people are not safe to be on the streets.

These kind of feral people are actually terrifying, I don't blame you. The pathetic sentences are the final nail in the coffin, sick of seeing it. I can't imagine how much more enraging and distressing it is for the families.

How have you done this? The form asks for the name of the person(s) sentenced before allowing you to continue with the form. The names haven't been released.

In that space I said the defendants haven’t been named as they’re under 18. It asks for the date and name of the court. There was also a field at the end where I named the victim and aggravating circumstances.

@ForTonightGodisaDJ

Why is UK so lenient in regards of sentencing then?

Yes agree there should be fitting rehabilitation of course

However punishment should be fit for purpose a balance too

takemeawayagain · 23/03/2024 17:52

Far, far too lenient. Absolutely disgusting.

@Rainynight09

100 per cent agree with your post at least 10 years minimum,

Whats wrong 😕 with our law system in situations like that,

Why is our law system so broken so dysfunctional then?
