I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

@Chocolatepeanutbuttercupsandicecream they're known as Choco Lesbians in our house!

Well I didn't have soup for lunch, I had Lidl sushi, and a big pretzel. An apple and some caramelised almonds.

And I cannot be bothered to make meatballs, so I'm having cheese omelette and rice salad, instead.

Poached egg on toast
Lentil pasta with red pepper pesto and loads of cheddar
A berry Nakd bar
Halloumi wrap with salad and chilli sauce and chips

Absolutely ravenous today. Will probably eat some chocolate ice cream later.

Jeees, that's a lot!
I did a 3km swim after the banana (intervals and drills) plus a 6 mile run with intervals after the protein flapjack. I have Physio exercises and stretching to do later. I've burnt 2500 calories so far.

B cherry yoghurt and a banana, cup of tea.

S four rice cakes and a cup of tea

L feta cheese dip, raw cauliflower, red pepper, tomato and a slice of wholemeal toast
Danish pastry
cup of tea

D taleggio cheese and tomato pasta and a mixed crunchy salad with lemon, honey and mustard dressing

can of lowcal cider.

Meal replacement shake - Purition, apparently strawberry flavour. Tasted like almonds, dust and ... nothing.

Four marmite and butter crispbreads, two soreens (verging on a hypo)

Shortly - massive salad, quorn thing, spud things.
Tiramisu (individual pot jobby)

B: Coffee, Greek yoghurt with frozen berries

L: Peanut butter sandwich, Greek salad and a satsuma

S: Last bit of Christmas cake mid afternoon with tea

D: Spaghetti bolognese with a salad and a Bonne Maman pear and chocolate pot thing

I also bought a bar of fruit and nut chocolate and some ginger biscuits in Aldi earlier, and will likely get some of both in before bedtime 😊

Missed breakfast today as was rushing to get child to nursery and me to work on time.

L- chicken noodle soup, bagel thin with butter, 2 plums and an apple

D- singapore noodles (home made)

Snacks- bag salted popcorn, small mini eggs easter egg, 2 paw patrol yoghurts that needed using

Thanks for everyone for keeping this going. You re all putting me to shame sadly. I'm yet to demonstrate I can actually flipping cook!

Today awoke at 6am with horrible bellyache. Had a tea milk, 2 sugars.
11am- 1 packet chicken crisps
Big bowl of pistachio kulfi icecream- why did I think this would help?
small corner of ciabatta dipped in humous
about 15 skittles just now

Feel like I have rocks in my stomach so can't think of food. So unlike me : (
I really need to eat something decent.

Lunch- home made vegetable soup with 4 wheat crispbreads, laughing cow light triangles and chopped tomato. A banana.

Tea- baked potato stuffed with two chopped hard boiled eggs and gherkins. Mixed salad.

Lunch - sausage, mash and onion gravy pie with veg, moser roth dark chocolate bar

Snack - chilli and lime spiral crisps

Latte with skimmed milk from Cafe Nero
Homemade red pepper, onion, carrot and lentil soup with 1 slice of seeded toast and 1 pitta bread (no butter)
Frozen pineapple
Homemade mini energy ball
Chicken and courgette pasta with a homemade Romanesco (sp?!) sauce
Frozen pineapple

Also had two coffees with skimmed milk and a bit of coconut sugar and plenty of water.

Two slices of Ham two slices of cheese. That was breakfast.

Lunch was a six ounce sirloin steak cut into strips and stir fried with mixed stir-fry vegetables. Dessert was Greek live yogurt with a few berries.

Dinner was two slices of emmental cheese and half a cup of milk.

Keto seeded crackers which I made 2 days ago.

Two glasses of homemade fruit & veg smoothie with almond milk.

Cauliflower steaks with plain udon noodles and homemade coleslaw.

I am undergoing chemo, so trying to boost my body to withstand being poisoned every 3 weeks. I also suffer from low magnesium levels, hence seed-mania

Currently resisting the urge to stuff my face with some chocolate. Yes, at almost 11 pm. 🫠

L- cold left over roasted vegetable pasta. Mini double decker.
D- freezer night - breaded chicken and chips with salad and coleslaw. Rhubarb yogurt

@Perfectlystill I'm obsessed with pistachio icecream, I have 2 kinds and ate so much yesterday. I have this pistachio cream which is like nutella but of pistachio (no chocolate)- It's sooo good!

So yesterday was the last of the overnight oats. Then I made homemade pastries.. half savoury half sweet, the savoury had pesto and Parmesan, the sweet had strawberry jam.. I ate one of each! Tub of melon. Slice of seedy toast with peanut butter. Ds wasn’t getting in til late, so he said he’d sort himself out with pasta.. I had a jacket potato with tuna mayo and a side salad (lettuce, tomato, onion in and oil / vinegar dressing). I also had one milk tray, two glasses of white wine, and a mini Battenberg cake!
