Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

Porridge with berries, banana, peanut butter
Smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel
Few walnuts & almonds
Out for dinner tonight so will enjoy whatever I fancy, looking forward to not cooking.
Lots of water
Few cups of tea

Breakfast- bread and apple butter
Lunch- corned beef, red peppers, celery, walnuts, a fried egg and some mango chutney, and an apple
Two digestive biscuits
Dinner- macaroni in tomato sauce (Dolmio because it's the only way the child will eat tomato pasta and it's Friday and I don't care) with cheese, peaches and custard.

B - 2 mugs black coffee

L - peanut butter sandwich

Afternoon snack - "sharing bag" Tesco Finest crinkle cut slightly sea salted crisps (yes, I ate the entire 150g bag! No I don't feel guilty 😂) orange juice and mineral water

D - huge watermelon, cucumber and feta salad with avocado, mixed leaves, red onion and mint with a lime dressing. Rhubarb and ginger Danish pastry, big slice of coffee and walnut cake.

Currently contemplating whether to have another slice of cake 😂

Breakfast: 4 dark chocolate florentines, cherry Boost

Lunch: Rustlers 1/4 pounder, can of diet coke

Snacks: Big bag Butterkist sweet popcorn, sourdough roll and butter

Early dinner as going out: Penne with pesto and parmesan, another can of diet coke

2 macarons (pistachio and caramel) with a flat white
two egg omelette with feta with corn tortilla and beans. half a pack of strawberries with pomegranate molasses

another flat white with another caramel macaron

dinner - pan fried trout with ghee, stir fried bok choi and white onion and chillies, steamed rice and boiled red lentils. thinking about dessert now... probably some Greek yoghurt

D: brioche bun, homemade burger, Greek salad, h/m coleslaw, roasted peppers

Quite a meaty day for me.
I have an offer holder day with DD tomorrow and an early start so will probably be on the snacks big time

B - Weetabix with no fat yoghurt, raspberries and blueberries
L- Small portion of homemade split pea and veg soup. Salad and two chopped quorn mini picnic eggs
T- Small portion of homemade split pea and veg soup. 5 Ryvita weet bakes plus 3 Laughing Cow lights plus 3 gherkins

Day before yesterday had some lovely greek salad, dips and a couple bits of pork, lamb and chicken souvlaki.
Then leftover stir fried morning glory with a tiny bit of boiled rice for dinner.

Yesterday went absolutely mad...
Saw my local chippie doing a lunch meal. Half the price, so hell yeah.
Cod, chips and mushy peas. Portion still huge even though half what you usually get.
Then decided several hours and 3 dime bars later..
That I required McDonald's nuggets and chips. Gawd...

Today turning over a new leaf. No more beige carbs and junk.

So far had ham and a fried egg cooked in this really lovely greek olive oil.
Gonna have baked lemon salmon with cavolo Nero or other greens for dinner.

B- oats cooked with blueberries, grated beetroot and peanut butter

L- 2 scrambled eggs, small avo & pinch of grated cheese on rice cakes

S- handful raw mixed nuts

D- (will be) chicken goujons, sweet potato and lots of brocoli

Breakfast was porridge, mixed seeds, almonds, pumpkin spice and black treacle
Lunch was bread and butter (fresh loaf, made this morning and fabulous) with corned beef, yellow peppers, celery, apple, walnuts, piccalilli and raisins
Two cream crackers, blackberry jam
Dinner is leftover tomato pasta, bit of chicken, carrots and broccoli, and strawberry jelly

Hard boiled egg and tomato sandwich, a pear, a cup of tea.

For dinner we're having roast lemon and black pepper chicken, roast potatoes, carrots and kale. 😋

Baked potato filled with 1 x Laughing Cow light + no fat cottage cheese, topped with fried egg (no oil) and served with a green salad and edamame beans - soy sauce dressing.
Blueberries and raspberries and no fat yoghurt.
Two large glasses of no added sugar dilutey juice
2 cups of coffee

No exercise today
