Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

A cream tea for lunch as a birthday treat from my daughter.
Dinner was jacket potato with chile con carne. I forgot to take a photo again but it was delicious. Possibly we'll have it again tomorrow if there's any left so I'll try and remember to take a photo then.

L- 4 Ryvitas with two chopped up quorn picnic eggs, 3 Laughing Cow lights and a small banana.
T- Green salad, 5 chopped quorn picnic eggs, butter beans and soy sauce dressing
Snack-two Ryvitas with Laughing Cow light and two teaspoons of baked beans

B - vegemite on sourdough toast, banana, coffee, apple juice
L - cheese & pesto quesedillas, half a red pepper, cucumber, some hazelnut wafers and two bags of crisps, pepsi max.
D - chicken kiev with vegetable rice, two satsumas, glass of milk.

Chunk of cheese, bag of prawn cocktail crisps, creme egg, half an Easter egg

1/2 a fillet steak, handful of skinny chips, creamy mushrooms

2 x coffee, 1 x tea, 1 x can of coke, 1 x lucozade sport

D: Homemade lentil soup and a left over sausage from DC tea when I got in from work
Snacks: chocolate flapjack and a vanilla latte

Homemade ‘bounty’ energy ball thing

Couple of coffees with skimmed milk, water and sparkling water

Turkey and df cheese toasties
Olives
Orange, mango and passion fruit juice
GF, df chocolate orange hot cross bun, split, turned inside out and filled with the remaining chocolate bunny, then brevilled.
Trout, skin on skinny fries, peas and egg free olive oil mayo.

Yesterday I had
B- a strawberry nutrigrain bar and a small bowl of raspberry kefir yogurt (M&S this time, this one is thicker and less of a drink)
Snacks through the day- skinny cappuccino, hot cross bun with spread and jam, an apple, two cookies (slightly burnt around the edge because my oven is playing up, but still good)
D- cauliflower rice with roasted vegetables (peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes.. I love that I can ‘roast’ them in the air fryer in 15 minutes) and halloumi, a watermelon ice lolly (partly due to the slightly too much hot sauce on the rest of it..🥵)

Yesterday I had -

Greek yogurt,berries,mixed seeds and some chopped candied pecans

Tomato,griddled peppers,halloumi salad

Lemon and herb chicken,baby roasted potatoes,broccoli and corn on the cob.

I'm trying really hard to eat well to loose weight and get fitter .

Breakfast- bread and apple butter
Lunch- corned beef, celery, cucumber, apple, raisins, figs, almonds and bulgar wheat
Dinner- soup from last night, sultana cake.

And I've just had a packet of "Crackzel" pretzel pieces snack thingies from Poundland. Beautiful.

Scrambled eggs x 2 on toast x 2

And a very large portion of veggie / lentil moussaka type thing with Greek salad

Today's plan
Black decaf coffee
Thai mushroom and chicken broth
Bit of dark chocolate (hopefully not the whole bar but let's see)
Handful of salted peanuts
Leftover veggie moussaka
Greek yogurt with raspberries, walnuts and seeds

I am trying to eat more plants and less processed food but some days are more successful than others

25g salted peanuts

Cauliflower tortilla & bacon for lunch

Itsu nori

Chicken, peppers, onion in fajita spices
Salad & avocado

Smoothie (Banana, spinach, blueberries, apple juice)
2 cups Yorkshire tea
Tricolore salad (Mozarella, picobella tomatoes, olive oil + ham)
Natural skyr with kiwi, honey, seeds, chopped nuts
Spoonful of peanut butter before gym
Planning on sweet potato pakora with houmous, red pepper & sugar snaps for dinner. Maybe in a wrap depending on how hungry I am.
2 litres water
Some chocolate after dinner no doubt!

I have not always been so mindful of what I eat but I am determined to maintain my weight & limit upfs.

L- brown rice, red beans, peas and tiny bit of leftover salmon with pesto

S- about 20 raw mixed nuts

D - (will be) tuna mayo and avocado on rice cakes

Hopefully able to fast from about 730pm 🤞🏼
