Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

Late Breakfast 2 buttered crumpets and scrambled eggs

Dinner cheese and pickle toastie (got the idea of putting Branston pickle in my toastie from someone earlier in this thread so thanks) with a big salad of iceberg, tomatoes, cucumber and radishes with a splash of balsamic vinegar

Today was
Lunch dairylea sandwich

Dinner chicken, lentil and vegetable pasta bake

Seeded toast with PB
A Belvita breakfast bar thing
Chicken salad made with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot and Parmesan
A Kinder milk slice
A little Graze flapjack (surprisingly good)
Dinner will be macaroni cheese with chilli, tomato and cauliflower

Bombay Bad Boy and 8 oven chips. I had the oven on for something else, so it seemed wasteful not to put in a handful of chips for dipping.

I only really eat one big meal plus a snack or two a day (lots of calories but in fewer sittings).

I've had a lentil, spinach, red pepper and onion stew. Had that with halloumi, olives, tomatoes and jalapeños.

Two mangoes.

Eyeing up a bag of Kitkat bunnies...

Breakfast was four small chicken thighs which I had roasted yesterday, eaten cold with a side dish of cucumber grated into a bowl of Greek yogurt.

Dinner was a stir fry of half a kilo of minced beef with onions, green pepper and mange tout fried in plenty of olive oil some tomato puree ginger paste salt pepper and tabasco.

That is my entire intake for the day, no snacks no sweets nothing like that as I am on a ketogenic diet.

L- salmon sushi wrap thing from Waitrose (also forgot lunch!)

D- ham and pineapple pizza, salad

Snacks- banoffee hot cross bun, apple, two plums, white chocolate biscoff kitkat chunky

Cold roast chicken sandwich on GF bread

Creme egg, entire bar of Cadbury's caramel, half a bag of Sensations balsamic and onion crisps

3 x tea, 1 x latte, 1 x can of coke, 1 x lucozade

It's been one of those days....

Lunch will be the last bit of chicken balti with saag aloo and a banana
Dinner is some kind of veg soup, bread and jam sponge.

@BouleDeSuif that bread looks lovely. I've never actually made bread before! Only scones which turned out shite, and pizza which is mixed.

Yesterday had some proper rooobish..lol

Half a Tesco egg and bacon sandwich
Costa mocha with hazelnut syrup
Half a white choc and lemon hot cross bun with butter (tasted nice but not like hcb at all. Apple ones were better)
Crumbly mature cheddar with pickle and garlic crackers
4 glasses white wine (I know..)
2 potato waffles with half a tin of beans
1 mini maltesers white choc bunny

Today going to a family reunion so will prob drink loads. Hoping my cousin's cooking is up to scratch!

@Tarquina I'm really interested in your keto diet. Can I ask how long you've been doing it for? Is it for weight loss, health reasons or both? Sorry if I'm being too nosy 😂

I've done low carb before but my weakness is alcohol. Also I can't drink spirits so I always fail.
Bacon and eggs for breakfast, loads of chicken etc. your food sounds nice. It must be filling too.

Would a Caesar salad work for keto? Minus the croutons of course. That's one of my fave dishes.

Coffee with oat milk x2, granola with berries.

mint tea and a few bites of DD oat cookie and some of DS spicy tortillas.

Dinner will be Chinese - probably chicken with chilli, Beef and veg. Everyone else will have noodles/ rice too.

@BobbyBiscuits you could try to limit carbs rather than full on Keto? Have you a Fitbit? I log my food on there (when being good).

Most of the week I don’t have bread/ biscuits/ cake.
I’m not an expert though as stuck with a stone to lose.

@BlueLimeRun yeah, I have certainly tried. No Fitbit though, it would end up dressing me! I did cut out wheat and as I hated gf carb subs I lost so much weight. Too much in fact. Went back on the bread! Lol

Hmmm interesting - I should try it - I should try to be really good for 3 weeks - that’d be a good chunk of weight - but lacking motivation.
I’ve such a sweet tooth- I’ve given up chocolate for lent but replaced it with wine gums.
