Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

Porridge
Boiled egg with two slices of buttered toast.
Lemon and lime yogurt
Sausages, mash, carrots, peas and onion gravy

B- blueberry spinach and banana protein smoothie bowl with granola topping

S- 1 x pancake & 1 x fried egg

L - 4 rice cakes with salmon mayo, avocado and coleslaw

S- handful cashews and piece of chocolate egg

D- cheesy scrambled eggs on 1 piece whole grain toast

B- porridge made with almond milk + blueberries

L- tuna and sweetcorn sandwich on wholemeal bread

D- hot dogs (4 x chipolatas, 2 buns, corn on cob, onions)

S- malted milk biscuit, banana, banoffee hot cross bun, a strawberry cornetto type thing

GF toast and chocolate spread

4 x GF Jaffa cakes

Bag of wotsits, lump of cheese, handful of mini eggs, creme egg

1/2 jacket potato with tuna and cheese

2 x tea, 1 x latte, 1 x herbal tea, 1 x ginger beer

Coffee with oat milk, mixed nuts.
Yogurt, pear, granola.

cheese with a few crackers.

Butternut Squash soup.

1x blackcurrant squash, 1x lemsip, 3 big glasses of water.

B - oat milk porridge, blueberries, honey
S - banana
L - butternut squash and pancetta soup; apple. 2 drumstick lollies, 2 small chocolate balls
D - mixed bean chilli, rice, grated cheese and a dollop of yoghurt
Small slice of raspberry and lemon cake left over from Mother's Day.

A seeded bagel with quorn ham and salad.

Cottage pie, brocoli and Carrots.
A couple gullian choc seashells and a chocolate mousse.

Buttered toast with a tiny portion of marmalade (a cafe one that had arrived in my kitchen somehow and made me fancy toast when I saw it) and a half a banana.

Dinner was a plate of leftovers because I hate waste. Macaroni cheese, apple sauce, sprouts, roast tomatoes, sweet corn and bubble and squeak.

Oh I nearly forgot 2 packets of salt and vinegar crisps.

Almond milk latte, mint tea, black tea.

Breakfast was four rashes of bacon and four cherry tomatoes fried in the bacon fat. Lunch was minced beef stir fried green peppers and bean sprouts and a splash of hot sauce. No dinner, just went to bed

Breakfast was bread with apple butter
Lunch will be broccoli and butter bean salad with peanut butter dressing and rice, and an apple
Dinner is the mushroom and barley soup and fruit cake.

Yesterday

Greek yogurt with branflakes

Homemade soup of carrots and sweet potato with ryvita and a little smoked mackerel pate that I made. Just shredded smoked mackerel, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Horseradish sauce and spring onion. I really enjoyed the pate.

Spaghetti with a sauce made of cream, butternut squash, bacon, butter beans, garlic, chilli with purple sprouting broccoli and green beans.

I have been very unwell, with a hideous virus, I am at the pottering about stage so trying some new recipes it’s just about all I’m doing.

A Bonne Maman madeleine
A Bakewell Nakd bar
Roast carrots, sweet potato and onion with hummus, a few Parmesan shavings, an egg and lettuce and cucumber
Two Lidl Leibniz biscuits
Dinner will be chicken fried rice made with brown rice, egg, peas and broccoli

Snack- few strawberries

Lunch- spinach, brown rice, cheesy scrambled eggs

Snack- cottage cheese & mixed nuts

Dinner (will be) - lean beef mince and vegetable stew

Pot of tea.
Vegetable curry with basmati rice for brunch.
Large orange juice
For dinner, either left over cauliflower cheese or cold chicken with spinach salad.
I will also have a glass of Shiraz.
Maybe a banana or some cubes of cheese.

B: 2 x tea, small bowl greek yoghurt with blueberries, mixed seeds, honey, chopped walnut

L: Olives, sausage ragu pasta, large glass white wine

D: 4 pieces kfc boneless chicken & small fries, white chocolate cookie, glass red wine

Lots of water

Not the healthiest of days but definitely one of the tastiest.

Very small g and t on a walk
2 coffees
Chicken stew, mash and peas
Piece of rye bread and butter
3 Dutch pancakes with apple, strawberry and plain yoghurt
Probably have a m and s shortbread tea before 8.
I don't eat until late pm and not after 8pm

Lost 4 stone in under 2 years and just maintain now.

Don't fret about special occasions either, eat what I like and then back to my regime

Mid afternoon, Club sandwiches with peanut butter, marmite, cheese, Mayo, iceberg, tomato, cucumber radish. If I have anything later (still very full at the moment) it will probably be crumpets as I'm having a cooking free day.

It's day 3 of Ramadan so today I have eaten/drank

4am 2 glasses of water and some dried fruit

6:09 pm onwards 3x decaff coffee, 2 glasses of water, (large) jacket potato with quorn chilli
