Not aibu just intrigued. This thread was done on here ages ago and it was so fun. I have two:

Pasta is gross, I'll eat it but its not delicious as people make it out to be its cold slimy dough.

I'm sure she's nice but Beyonce is overrated.

French food is boring and wine (even “good” wine) tastes like vinegar.

Alcohol should be banned like drugs. All alcohol. It changes the way it makes you feel or act like a drug does. The world would be a much better place for it.

I agree with almost every one of these so far.
Especially hate dogs, David Tennant is not attractive in any way, and sloths are very odd looking (still much much better than dogs though as a naturally existing animal rather than a range if frankenwolves we created to serve us).

Going to the cinema is overrated. Quite exciting when you're a child, but an uncomfortable way to view films as an adult.

The only reason I don’t agree with this is the practicalities would not be feasible. I agree that alcohol is pretty pernicious and the upsides are hugely overstated.

Instant coffee is perfectly nice, and sometimes I prefer it to the real thing.

Chain coffee shops are fine (not great) and serve a purpose. Lots of people don't have independents or do but they aren't everywhere we use regular, like shopping centers, service, out of town leisure and retail. Also load of indies open late and close early.

I really dislike dolphins

Another cinema one. The best cinema trips are solo, late night, midweek showings when there is no one else seeing the film.

Hate big bang theory 🫢... A weak attempt at humour aimed at geeks but the geeks i know realise its simple and pretty mainstream. Some who watch it think theyre smart, because they watch it. Ugh

Afternoon tea is a load of bollox, whoever thought “I know what I’ll do to have good time, go and eat a tiny quiche” it’s so boring and I’d rather be in the pub.
