It's fine! I know what you mean about it being pale but pastels are fine, it's just white/cream/ivory that's often considered off limits. You can always do contrasting or brighter accessories anyway. teal/ green or orange can look good with baby pink depending on the shade in real life

My other option didn’t fit me when I tried it on again hence the panic in case it wasn’t quite right but I am reassured… albeit potentially going to look like a polyester Mr Blobby flump (thanks so much for those kind words)

for those interested in accessories - going with Bright/shocking pink shoes, bag, headband… so a lot of pink but prettty cute in my opinion. and I’ve got a little fluffy cardi which is white but hopefully I’ll be fine in combination with those things. I’ll only wear it if I’m frozen
