AIBU to ask, what's making you angry today?

I have got this constant background level of anger at the moment. Unfortunately I can't quite work out what's causing it. But it's making me into a grumpy and reactive parent that I just don't want to be.

For background, kids are mostly lovely (if somewhat hard work), DH is not completely useless and finances aren't a nightmare just now.

What's making you angry at the moment? Perhaps I can get to the bottom of it myself and stop being such a cranky arse!

Useless arsehole doctors, fuckwit ex and useless school who actually rings me to say my child can't attend because they just don't have the staff (he should have a TA with him, as per the EHCP).

Estate Agents.

Work giving me a "new role" because the incompetent person doing it before has gone MIA. So suddenly my work load has quadrupled with no further pay! I have asked about more money but no response as yet.
I was so full of rage today listening to my emails ping one a second. Arghhhhhhhh.
I don't even know the background to the role or any details just take this over here you go!

My colleague implying that a client has strung me along when he hasn't. Failing to read his case. And then talking about it for a very long time.

I’m annoyed that the job I have just left after more than a decade has been advertised at two salary scales above what I was paid!

HMRC.....we are too busy to take your call. Good bye....after hanging on for what felt like hours.

Ugh.

Fence has blown over after a 2k fix.
Colleague has complete acopia and their endless ridiculous emails are driving me mad.
Helped a student with a complex data process to find the spreadsheet they linked to the data has not saved more than the first 30 minutes of work.
Babysitter and backup babysitter both poorly and having only had 30 minutes notice can now not find a replacement.

Very minor issues in the context of everything at the moment but I am very very irritated.

Annoyed that a small parking area at the side of the shops is always full of rubbish and empty cans and other bits that have been fly tipped and the glass around could end up in people's tyres
It gets cleaned up and a week later it's the same :(
Why can't people take their rubbish home with them ? Why do they want to drink on what is effectively waste land in the cold? It is disgusting.

I'm angry at my body.. that I'm in so much pain and I'm allergic to all pain medication other than paracetamol..
I'm angry that my orthopedic appointment has been cancelled again..

At the moment I'm angry at the state of the world and the fighting going on. People basically want to just live their lives and I get furious at people making excuses for the murdering dictators who have invaded other countries

I'm fucking furious that the UN give russia any airtime and let their lying murdering "diplomats" including Dick Lavrov, have any platform

I'm also angry that my shower is a bit leaky.

He thinks cleaning the house is
hoovering ,dishes , washing clothes

No
windows, dusting, cleaning toilet(never done it)
shower screen, thinks you get out of bed and straight back in at night ! Washing bedding
cleaning cupboards , any decorating
Thinks he can come in sit down with his mobile and tea will be made !

just told him

then says, don’t cause a row because your feet are hurting you

I’m tired, fed up of worrying about things I cannot control, have no energy to fix the things I could control. Waiting for work to agree a flexible work agreement, regretting getting a dog, want a break where I am not responsible for anything. Fed up of the weather, want light mornings, want warmth, want someone to share the mental load and even if they don’t agree try to understand why I am worried.

That's reminded me of another reason for my rage today

In the middle of this storm, a neighbour put their recycling bin out LAST NIGHT

So their crap is blown all over the place and they haven't picked it up.

Full of rage that I'm living with a boyfriend in a house he inherited and won't change. There are sharny old horrible owls and vile sentimental ornaments EVERYWHERE and the colours are vile and everything is 50 years old, the carpets the decor EVERYTHING.
and I am not allowed to change a thing.

My son passed his driving test today and his insurance has gone from £45 a month to £600ish, he can't afford that neither can we.

Found out that my lovely sister has been experiencing domestic abuse. I want to fucking kill him.

That my stupid cold won't go away and I can't sleep properly, it's been nearly 3 weeks and all it did was ease in between. It's not covid (tested) I'm taking vitamins, eating well but it still won't piss off

Its been a shite day im beyond exhausted and to top it off ds misbehaving at school and at home he is becoming a handful and a half tbh (he is autistic and has learning difficulties) my car is on its last legs but I'm feeling so unwell Its ridiculous today I get a ridiculous wall of text from my ex basically giving me shite because HE owes child support because HE didn't want to pay for nearly a fucking year after shorting me for nearly a year child maintenance are fucked off with him and went for enforcement he said no I will pay he screamed at them and tantrums he screamed and tantrums at me so i wont take his calls today was another stop reporting me for non payment im paying I told him I haven't this year I did last year because you weren't paying pause while his girlfriend demands an explanation (because he isnt telling her the truth) he again comes back with he is paying now and can prove it! Fml I haven't called them saying he missed a payment they've adjusted his payment because he changed jobs AGAIN so they have redone the enforcement for his new employer he slyly tells me that I need to agree to him just paying me so I "get more money" I said enforcement is only the basic you still owe the arrears long pause while he tries to talk his way out of this one he is now trying to get me to call them and sort it out in his favour

It shouldn't be this fucking HARD

if he had paid £110 pcm for the last two years he would not have an issue 🙄 that's for two children not each

He even said I should agree to do it his way so the kids get more money like I was the one refusing to pay for the last few years as ds would say the audacity is strong with this one

I am, (well, dry rest-of-my-life actually) and I am FUCKING EVIL

I’ve just had to listen to my DH huffing and puffing and complaining!
We both work F/T. He’s home by 2:15, I’m home by 6:30.
I stop off at Tesco on my way home and get stuff in for tea, he cooks tea!
Gave him the bag of shopping and he says “I’ve got to cook have I?. I’m tired!”
Well yes you fucking have!! I’ve only just got fucking home and I did all the housework yesterday so there was fuck all else you had to do!
He went in the kitchen muttering under his breath. So I did a lot of muttering under my breath too, mine included lots of swear words!!

The way people sometimes treat my husband. He's a good guy but way too laid back. If anyone has a problem, they call him. Something needs fixing, they call him and so on. He's going through a rough patch and those people, not even a two sentence text to ask how he's doing. He doesn't like to make a fuss but I can't help but feel annoyed on his behalf if how selfish people are

Recently changed my coil and my period has been heavy for over a week now, it’s so miserable.

ExP being a dick about things (seems to happen every two years) and now wants to go through mediation again.

Oh and dropped my AirPod in a stream when walking the dog, annoyingly whilst reading an email from the fucking mediation person.
