To ask if you felt you looked terrible with a toddler, did you ever feel attractive again?

I look awful. Used to be relatively attractive. I’m slim but my face is white/grey, I’m tired, I barely have time to exercise. I don’t wear make up as literally rarely have time. I don’t have nice clothes. Will I ever feel attractive again?! I’m 37

I felt shit when DC were tiny, primarily due to the sleep deprivation.

Feel I look fine now, nice if make an effort for a social thing or whatever. eat quite badly, don’t care much about hair and make up but prioritise exercise and it’s really helped, especially mentally.

Following. I have a preschooler and a 10 month old and even my mild mannered, very tactful DP had to agree earlier when I said I’ve aged about 6 years in just 1. I’ve got deep lines from nose to corner of mouth, extra frown lines and 11s that weren’t there a matter of months ago. Also eye bags and paler skin. My manager texted after my KIT day to ask if I’m coping because I look so bad apparently.

I’m clinging to hope that once I start sleeping/exercising properly again, I’ll be able to get some zing back even if the wrinkles are here to stay. 😞
