Aaaaarrrgghhh.

One of the parents at dd's kindergarten is really starting to feck me off. She seems to think that I can't cope because I am a single parent, which is just ridiculous and offensive. She never offers any constructive help (like a lift when its pissing down) but endless interfering and 'advice'. Its almost laughable as her ds is a whingy little so-and-so who gets away with all sorts - not that dd is an angel but I deal with her behaviour in an appropriate way rather than muttering about "Indigo children" and offering biscuits.

She had the nerve to pick my dd up and cuddle her when I was in the middle of telling her off for swearing at me and trying to bite my hand.

I was once trying to get dd to put her coat on, and said there would be no cake from the cake stall until she did it. Woman then said to dd "Just put it on, you can always take it off after you've had a cake"

Its just constant bloody undermining in the guise of helpful advice and tbh I could poke her in the eye for it.

I'm not going to bother saying anythng as dd is leaving the kindergarten tomorrow anyway but raaaaaaah it has been irritating me.

Aah thats better for offloading it,

ha ha ha ha ha ha! In the 70's, having 'Indigo' traits meant that you had your bum walloped and weren't allowed to stay up for 'Its a knock out'

She sounds like a total twat. Next time you see her just put your fingers in your ears when she starts to speak, singing 'la la la, I can't hear you' and then tell her you are Indigo too.

Bet she wont give you a cuddle

Joolyjoolyjoo · 19/03/2008 14:40

Lol- thank God I don't know any mums like her!! I agree that organic carrots are too good for her!!. I would definitely be tempted though!! Better still, get your dd to do it, and claim she is expressing herself!

Indigo children- this is the first time I have heard of them!!! Looks like I have 2- they think they are royalty, and expect the world to revolve around them??? I thought that was called toddlers!

Flibbertyjibbet · 19/03/2008 14:44

One thing missing from the 'idigo brat pack' list is that they spend a lot of time on the naughty step

StripeyMama · 19/03/2008 14:44

Glad I'm not the only one to spit in the face of this 'Indigo' crap!

Today was dd's last day at the kindergarten - we are off travelling for a year - and if she goes back to the same school she'll be in a different class to Mad Bitch's ds.

Thanks Taipo - seems that DH is an indigo child who has never grown up.....

Meandmyjoe · 20/03/2008 08:29

Oooo this kind of thing would drive me bonkers! What an interfering bag! I'd be livid but I'm an argumentative bitch!

Seriously though- what kind of a stuck up cow pokes her nose in and intervenes when you are disciplining your daughter (quite rightly so!)??? OOOOOOO I'd have definitely said something if someone picked my ds up. I can't even stand it when family members pick him up without asking, especially when they just hold their arms out and take him off me when he's perfectly settled with me. Really pees me off so I'd be fuming!
