We are down to a few bits of chicken and some stuffing which will probably be gone soon in a few sandwiches

plenty of alcohol and chocolates though - which will have to be got through by or donated when I start my diet on January 2nd!!
I try really hard not to over buy but then get given edible/drinkable presents
Quite looking forward to a change from all the rich food so am doing gammon with salad and new potatoes for New Year’s Day

My dogs have had smoked salmon and turkey for a few days, they were most disappointed to be back to normal dog food today.

I deliberately cook extra so we have tons of leftovers!

Christmas Eve ham became sandwiches & part of a salad tea on the 29th; my husband just finished off the last for his lunch so if he drops dead, I’ll do a name change

Turkey became sandwiches and we finished off some in a second leftover roast for dinner last night (along with the ham)

Pigs in blankets & Cumberland sausages were breakfast wraps on Boxing Day and the 27th

My mum cooked a turkey curry

Various charcuterie, cheese, pork pies etc still being worked through

Stollen, shortbread, chocolates, wine, sherry will last us through to Twelfth Night!

Leftovers are my favourite to be honest - if you’re a creative cook, nothing need go to waste!
