Dawn Butler has reported Mumsnet as a whole to the police, for talking to each other and Having Views she does not like.

Fry onions til soft, fry off cut up bacon (about 6/8 slices if using back bacon), place in bottom of flan dish. Mix LOADS of eggs (for a standard flan dish I use 10) with milk as if making scrambled egg, stir in about 100g grated cheddar, season pour over bacon and onion, top with more grated cheese. Cook at about GM3 until it is not quite cooked in the middle. Take it out of the oven, cover with foil and leave for 20 minutes or so and it will finish cooking.

As you can see by the precise measurments I have been making this for years and the actual recipe is lost in the mists of time!

Whoever offered the plum brandy - YES!!!! Palinka (and all the similar drinks) are my secret addiction.

Also to the crustless quiche recipe requester (try saying that after a few plum brandies!!) don't do what I did and think that a quiche tin with a removable base is a good idea. It isn't. The bloody stuff leaks everywhere!

Its one of those things that you end up tweaking over the years to get it how you like it, so you may need to jiggle things a bit depending on the size of the dish, type of oven etc. I have also made it on a low heat in the air fryer, but keep a careful eye on it. I find cooking it at too high a heat made it go a bit tough and chewy round the edges, so I cook it low and slow.
