To cry? Cat pissed on the bed while I was sleeping!

Woke up and thought I'd wet myself for a second - bed was wet right through! Put the light on and realised my boy cat has pissed in the bed. It's gone right through the duvet to the sheets and mattress protecter.

I feel like utter crap with some sort of bug and all I want to do is cry! Got some bedding in now, will get me in the shower shortly too (because I was wet too!)!

I'm totally fed up with him doing it - this is the third time now! 🙁🙁

it’s really common though, one of mine will do this when he’s agitated about something. It’s scent sharing with you.
I keep mine in a downstairs room at night with their beds and tray.

If not - look at getting some zylkene online. Its helped a friend's cat who was in a similar situation (low grade stress can cause cystitis and inappropriate urination).

I have an elderly cat who often pees on the sofa if we shut her out of the bedroom, like a protest wee.

we allow her in, she smacks us round the face at 3am for attention,

We have bought waterproof sheets which cover the sofa so they just go in the wash now. Our neighbours must think we have terrible incontinence issues for a relatively young couple…
