To think Vinted is as dodgy as hell?

I had to complain about an item that didn’t arrive. The courier said it had and vinted sided with them.
That was 2 months ago.
Today I discover that they have blocked me forever as apparently I have multiple accounts with them- which I don’t.
Strangely this block happened at the time I was complaining about their shitty customer service .
let’s get Sherlock in on this one 🤔

No issues as yet. Bought 4 or 5 items no problem and sold about £200 worth of stuff in the last 3weeks

I am actually thinking of buying a jumper BUT the only option is to have it delivered to a locker. Don’t they deliver to your house any more?

There are postage options on Vinted to both pickup points and home addresses, but sellers can opt out of specific methods

My last purchase only had one courier listed, but with both options of delivery to a pickup point or to my home address.
That is probably due to the drop off options the specific seller has, but other sellers may opt for drop of points only due to the increased chances of home deliveries being left on the doorstep and resultant problems.

Locker / shop pickup deliveries have the ‘benefit’ to sellers / Vinted of getting to a known ‘secure’ point (and also to buyers of not needing to be at home on delivery), but then a disadvantage to buyers who have difficulty with inconvenient local pickup locations

I’m blocked for having a fraudulent account 🤷‍♀️
Tried to sell clothes, followed all the rules, account suspended. Kept asking things like ‘show the label’, I pointed out all these things were in the pictures. The whole lot they asked for. Then they wanted me to retake each picture with a handwritten note with the date. I gave up
(and easily opened anothe account a month later when my sister told me about a coat…)

I had a bit of a nightmare with an InPost locker mixup (this seems to be a common issue, with varying degrees of helpful response from Vinted). My buyer got the wrong item (and a refund) and neither InPost nor Vinted would take responsibility, which was infuriating. So I took Vinted to the small claims court on principle and won. If you’re feeling as petty as me you could try this?
