Please help me find quiet beaches for UK holiday in the summer holiday

I'm getting stuck and hoping for some inspiration/help. My daughter is autistic and hates busy places but loves going to the beach. Every year we go on a UK cottage beach holiday near Norfolk, but we are keen to try somewhere different as my other children are getting bored of this.
Any suggestions of nice quiet beaches somewhere that is nice for a holiday. We have to go in August so many places are v busy. We live in Milton Keynes and don't want to travel more than 3/4 hours ideally. Thanks for any suggestions 😊.

Frinton on Sea or Walton on Sea are nice. There is a lot of beach so you can find somewhere not too crowded. But Walton has a really great pier for your kids

Thanks for ideas. Northumberland sounds lovely but we love to swim - will it be a bit chilly?
Pembrokeshire sounds good and I was wondering about Gower are there any particularly good beaches?

Scotland would be perfect but much too far to travel unfortunately. DD couldn't cope with flying at the moment unfortunately.

I'm assuming Dorset, Kent, Suffolk would be too busy or are there any hidden gems?

Littlestone or Greatstone in Kent. It’s between Camber Sands and Folkestone but nice and quiet, even in the summer.
